Mike Burchett and Danny K. Blevins are known to many in Johnson County Kentucky as a couple of science teachers. Mike teaches at the Johnson County Middle School and Danny at Highland Elementary. Lately, people are getting to know them as astronomers.

In addition to teaching in their own school system,they are involved in a number of "outside" projects that promote astronomy for the masses. One of their most ambitious endeavors is their cable television show,"Starguide". Each half-hour episode deals with a particular astronomy topic, astronomy news, local observing tips and a trivia contest.
